Applications open for
2015 IBRO-ISN Fellowships Program
The International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) and the International Society for Neurochemistry (ISN) are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the joint IBRO-ISN Fellowships Program. This new program aims to provide increased research opportunities for neuroscientists and support the global advancement of neuroscience research.
A total of 8 fellowships are available (4 funded by IBRO and 4 funded by ISN). Applications from candidates who have completed their PhD within the past seven years are preferred. Personal circumstances such as parental leave or military service may also be considered. There is only one application to complete. Those awarded fellowships from ISN must be ISN members. If an awardee is not an ISN member, they will be required to become a member if they are awarded a research fellowship.
*Please note: ISN membership is initially at no cost for new members. The first two calendar years (year of application and subsequent year) are free of charge.
Location: host laboratories may be located in any country without restriction
Length of stay: one year, non-renewable
Amount: up to 35,000 Euros.
